The fixed menu is exclusively based on traditional and genuine
ingredients. The vegetable entries are prepared in many different
ways. As demanded by local tradition meat in the form of ham
and pork sausages, cream cheese with carasau bread and hundreds
of years antique recipies with interiors are not missing in
the menu of entries.
The appetizers vary throughout the week and every day wou
will have the opportunity to taste a different dish.
The typical "primi piatti" of Sardinia are all
prepared from the begin to the end by our chef. Amonst other
we advice to try the triple dish consisting in ravioli filled
with ricotta cream cheese and mint accompagnied by a tomato
and basilikum sauce, Malloredddus (the typical pasta of sardinia)
with handmade sausage and the soup of the Gallura that is
prepared with meat, cheese and bread.
Until the end of june the kitchen, depending on demand, operates
both for supper and lunch, whereas from mid june until mid
september it will be opened exclusively for dinner.
