In
our rustic restaurant "Li Scopi“ our guests can
enjoy a Sardinian menu consisting of various appetizers (fresh
vegetables prepared in many different ways, sardinian ham,
sausage, sheep´s cheese, pecorino cheese, creamy cheese..)
The food will be accompanied by “carasau” bread,
local wine and water
The appetizers are followed by warm, homemade first courses:
Ravioli stuffed with cheese, “Malloreddus” (fresh
pasta with Sardinian sausage), “Zuppa Gallurese”
(a kind of bread soufflé with
ecorino cheese).

Our main dishes are crispy suckling pig and braised
goat meat with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
At the end of the meal we serve “ruioli”
(fried pasta balls filled with fresh ricotta cheese,
served with honey or “seadas” (fried
pasta stuffed with pecorino cheese, served with
sugar or honey).Our fresh dishes are prepared according
to ancient recipes and vary from day to day.After
a delicious dinner we invite you for a cup of Italian
coffee followed by a glass of mirto liqueur.

From April to June and from the end of September on we are
open for lunch & Dinner. From July to September the restaurant
is open for dinner.
